What should I expect before/after my massage?

Expect to arrive a couple minutes before your massage so we can go over goals for your session. I recommend wearing loose-fitting comfortable clothes and making sure you hydrate before and after the massage.

If your schedule allows I highly recommend engaging in nourishing activities for the rest of the day. For example, I love to have a nutritious comforting meal, drink my favorite tea, and maybe have a hot spring soak or a bath following a massage. It's really up to you what feels the most beneficial for you though.

How do I find Laurel Massage?

I am located on the third floor of the Lion Building in downtown Helena. To get to my room you will take the elevator up and when you exit there will be a desk. Go through the door to the left of the desk and my treatment room is in the back right corner. Feel free to give me a call/text if you have any trouble finding me.

Does Laurel Massage offer gift certificates?

Yes! You can easily purchase one by going to my booking page by clicking any of the buttons that say ‘Book Now’ on the website. At the bottom of the booking page you will see a section labeled ‘Products & Packages’ and below that are the different gift certificate options. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any issues.

What is your cancellation policy?

Laurel Massage requests that you give a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. This gives the opportunity to fill the cancelled appointment. Same day cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the service amount. ‘No shows’ will incur a 100% charge of the service. Thank you for your understanding.
