Daphne is the licensed massage therapist behind Laurel Massage located in downtown Helena. Her massage journey started with a passion for taking care of one’s health in a holistic manner and she believes massage is a wonderful practice in the journey of self care, in both body and mind. Daphne knew she was going to pursue massage therapy when she received her first massage. Something just clicked and she recognized that helping people feel good in their body was her passion. This passion led her to attend the Truckee Meadows Community College Massage Program and graduate in 2018. She has been practicing therapeutic massage since and having her own practice has always been a dream of hers. She is so happy to be doing what she loves and looks forward to working with you to support you in feeling relief and connected to your body so you can continue to feel good in your life.

Daphne specializes in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Prenatal Massage and is committed to listening to what you need so you have the best experience every time.
